I vote month to month lease! -steph, but i'll be in town the day after tomorrow and bring my stuff for steve wades old room so we can talk. i'll bring da money too. oh and my friend julian calvillo needs a place to live, has money and was talking about renting a room somewhere in the lot if we have any openings. something to keep in mind.
