Score one for government
In very nice words, the Secretary of State basically states the current government doesn't give a fuck about conservative values in regards to teen sex issues, will do all they can to undermine them, and will support safe sex, legal abortion, and planned parenthood and sex health education with no regard for how uptight people feel in order to actually accomplish things that should have been done years ago to strive to create better choices for women.
I, for one, am happy.

Very well said argument. I'm glad she's not President, but I am glad she's Secretary of State.
