cheap room for rent in SLO

I am taking winter quarter off to ski bum it up in tahoe, so I need my room taken over

Its 475 if you take the room furnished, and only stay until the end of March. Or 575 to take over the lease

The room is massive with a gigantic closet

5 bedroom house with 4 dude man duders living here (3 are kcpr DJs)
2 full bath rooms
ample parking in rear, garden, bike porn grave yard, piano in living room,

If you are subleasing and take over the room It comes with a 6 foot tall bookshelf, a huge drafting desk with a built in light table and hutch and a huge 9 drawer dresser....

Also utilities are really cheap!
