Prince Rama of Ayodhya,
++GREETINGS TREV++
We are on the lookout for a show
in San Luis Obispo and were
told to contact you by Tom (who works with dark dark dark).
I figured I would shoot you an email and see if you knew of anything open on
September 20 when we are touring through town.
We are called Prince Rama of Ayodhya, and we hail from Boston.
Our music has been described as
"labyrinthine sonic safaris with sparkling lyrical imagery
intensified by tribal drumming and elevated to the astral plane by sci-fi synth lines;
the result is a sonic experience that takes the listener through celestial residue and
archaeological constellations of a timeless civilization pining for self realization,
while conjuring lingering anthemic melodies that haunt the fringes of the collective psyche." --WFMU
for more press/bio/sonic artifacts, feel free to consult: www.myspace.com/princeramaofayodhya
We will be touring with Lord Jeff, who hail from Northampton, MA and have been
working with Thurston Moore to churn out some epic recordings which will be released
on Ecstatic Peace in December replete with "divine guitar solos and psych drones
that will catapult you to the fabric of infinity"
for more press/bio/sonic artifacts, feel free to consult: www.myspace.com/jeffhalen
We really appreciate you taking the time to consider this
and sincerely hope we can work something out!
Best,
Taraka
